Melissa Unger
I have worked with Nancy for over two years, and she has helped to increase
my flexibility and balance, add strength training to my workouts and
provided me with overall guidance on my fitness routine.

Five years ago, a head injury left me with a decreased range of motion and
significant loss of equilibrium. No longer able to ski or do any sports
that required steady balance, I dropped out of my active lifestyle. When I
returned to the gym a few years later, a friend recommended I meet with
Nancy. Almost immediately, she went to work on adding exercises that
incorporated balance and strength training to my routine. After the first
two weeks, I knew that Nancy had much more to offer than other trainers I
had worked with. Her workouts are challenging, creative, personalized and
always fun. I am skiing again, and really thank Nancy for getting me back
